Retail & Sales Coordinator Internship
We are looking for a part-time Retail & Sales Coordinator intern to help bring Hayo to every corner of the world. If you are an avid researcher and profile spotter, if you feel comfortable approaching people you don’t know, and interacting with people all over the world, we are looking for you! You’ll be learning the ins and outs of a media company and will have an insider perspective on what it’s like to produce, print and sell an independent magazine in today’s world.
Responsibilities
- Identify retailers and boutique stores to offer Hayo
- Email and keep track of proposals, orders and follow-ups
- Maintain a relationship with buyers and store owners to follow up on Hayo’s performance in store.
- Work closely with the Editor in Chief to learn about the business and the publishing industry
- Maintain a spreadsheet with the orders, contacts and communications
Qualifications
- Experience using spreadsheets for process and organization
- Proactive, quick to learn, organized, dedicated
- Experience in sales or marketing departments a nice to have
- Experience working with retailers and stores a big plus

This is a 4-months internship, the first month is unpaid trial, the next 3 months are commission-based and according to performance, we have the possibility of growing into a full-time paid position.
